I absolutely love this CD. It is better than any other CD I have bought for Meditation/Relaxation. Everyone that has heard my copy loves it and have bought a copy for themselves! You can feel the different emotions that have gone into making this CD. "LEADINGSHIELD......YOU ARE A GENIUS!" I strongly recommend this CD for anyone who practices alternative therapies (I am a Neuro Skeletal Dynamics Therapist) and wants beautiful, relaxing background music for their clients. Also to anyone who enjoys listening to something to unwind to after a busy/stressful day and for those who like to meditate (without the need for a lot of intro talking on "How to relax") - YOU WILL RELAX IMMEDIATELY!! Hau Bill, I just received my CD "When Darkness Falls" and just wanted to tell everyone that I really love it! I have many Native American artist's CD's and several are of flute music. What I really like about your music is the different blend of sounds like the rattles and drums and other sounds and the way you blend them all together. It's really wonderful and a rather unique sound from what I've heard from other artists. Thank you so much for the music and keep making it !!! You have a gift!!

This CD is a lot more up-tempo than my first CD. Instead of using third party samples to create the backing tracks to my flute playing, I decided instead to use my Powwow Drum, Medicine Drum, Deer Toe Rattles, Leg Bells and Gourd Shakers. There are a couple of tracks that I have used samples on but this was inevitable. Without being big headed, I personally feel that this CD will make you want to get up and dance (in the traditional Native American style) to quite a few of the tracks, I know that when I listen to them, I am bopping in my seat in front of the computer and this is still after listening to each track over and over during and after the compilation process.
After releasing a couple of tracks onto the net to get a feel as to how people like what they hear, I have also included on the CD, 2 of the drum backing tracks, minus my flute playing, so that listeners who own Native American Flutes of their own, can play along with the beat and their hearts and compile their own music. These 2 tracks are to the title song, "When Darkness Falls" and to a really good track called "Stomping Grounds"
So, let your heart and your ears tell you if what you hear in the above samples is to your liking and if so, you can purchase this CD for the nominal price of AUS $15 plus postage, that is 24 tracks of music that I am sure you will enjoy for the low, low price of AUS $15
